  • Crystal Beck

    Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Crystal is an Army wife and a mother of 3. Crystal has achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and enjoys crafting, exploring new surroundings, and watching sports, including the San Antonio Spurs and the Colorado Springs Switchbacks.

  • Tyler Davis

    A graduate of advanced software engineering program Hack Reactor, Tyler previously worked as a user interface developer for a research and development company. He has developed a diverse set of programs, including a complex system that helped scientists analyze, control, and create spider silk for the fashion industry using brewing techniques similar to brewing beer. Besides being passionate about programming, Tyler also enjoys rock climbing, reading classic science fiction, and loves to drink tea.

  • Kirsten Denome

    Originally from Michigan, Kirsten grew up swimming. To this day, she still enjoys swimming, whether in a pool, or a lake, or the waves of the ocean. Kirsten truly cares about helping others and the importance of water safety; in addition, she plans to return to school in pursuit of a degree in Healthcare Management. In her free time, Kirsten enjoys spending time with family and her two cats, Frank and Elfie. Kirsten recently hiked 400 miles on the Camino De Santiago De Compostela, from southern France all the way across northern Spain.

  • Robert Griego

    A Navy veteran, Robert joined PHTA in 2016. Robert’s vast history of work helps him create magical IT experiences at PHTA. In New Mexico he worked at Los Alamos National Laboratories and Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino. In Colorado, Robert worked for Genesis Financial Technologies Software in a variety of positions, first on the flagship Stock Market trading software TradeNavigator, then Android programming for the secondary company MogulWorx, and finally as VP of Operations. Outside of work you might find Robert exploring Colorado with his three children or motorcycle riding throughout the state.

  • Natalie Hood

    Originally from California, Natalie grew up on the swim team and was a lifeguard and swim instructor for over ten years. Natalie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2011, she joined the PHTA customer service team. As Operations Director, Natalie enjoys creating enhanced opportunities for all customers through developing current and new processes. When she’s not at work, Natalie’s passions include cooking, lifting weights, and spending quality time with her husband and their three dogs.

  • Charles Jones

    An Army veteran, Charles joined PHTA in 2013 after graduating from Colorado Technical University with a BS in Computer Science/Computer Systems Security. He has worked for several companies specializing in developing, designing, and maintaining websites. When not working on his own projects, he enjoys working out, playing and making video games, and spending time with his wife and two kids.

  • Faye Lindsey

    After a career in telecommunications and administrative positions, Faye is officially “retired” but still likes to stay active in the business community. She enjoys the interaction with PHTA employees and customers, keeping her skills current while working part time. When not at PHTA, Faye volunteers at Silver Key, a local non-profit senior resource organization. She’s an avid reader, her favorite genre being historical novels. The book club she attends gives her a variety of other subjects to also enjoy. Gardening, camping, and spending time with the kids and grandkids are her favorite pastimes.

  • Dolores Malocsay

    Born and educated in southern England, Dolores took lifesaving and swimming courses at a very early age and became a breast-stroke “pacer” for crawl competitors. She came to the States “just for a visit,” but became a permanent resident and met her husband, Zoltan, in Colorado. They spent several years traveling, living in a mountain tent, and spending two winters with the Mayan Indians in Yucatan. Together they founded Zoltan Designs, wholesalers of original 14k jewelry, and Squeezy Press, publisher of guide books. Prior to joining PHTA, Dolores worked in the hospitality industry and was named Manager of the Year! When not to creating magical experiences at PHTA, Dolores enjoys their 90-degree pool, where she experiments with designing swim-related exercise equipment. Other interests include interior design, gourmet cooking, and creative sewing.

  • Angela Manning

    A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Graphic Design, Angela has worked for several companies as an in-house designer, including the Atlanta Community Food Bank, a non-profit dedicated to providing food and other resources to low-income Georgians. After moving west to Colorado, she joined PHTA in 2018. Besides the creative process, Angela enjoys reading (especially the classics and science fiction), board games, midcentury style, going biking with her husband, and hanging out with her two bunnies, Toothless and Astrid.

  • Suzan McCoy

    Suzan joined PHTA at the end of January 2018, with a BS from Iowa State University. Her previous twelve years of experience were in event coordination at the local County Fair, and two years coordinating dirt track races in Colorado. Two of Suzan’s passions in life are water and swimming; most all her vacations are centered around water activities, like swimming, snorkeling, fishing and even a little surfing! She enjoys living in the country on 40 acres with her family, 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. Her pride and joy are her three kids.

  • Jim Mock

    Jim retired from Ecolab in 2018, after more than four decades of service. Begining as a territory manager in the Institutional Division, he advanced to become Director of Ecolab’s Aqua Balance Program. Jim created and developed Ecolab’s Remote Monitoring Center for commercial pools and has been involved in the Standards Committee with NSF, being named to the NSF 416 Water Chemicals - Joint Committee. In addition, Jim has three registered patents for systems involving the dispensing of chemicals into commercial bodies of water. Jim has addressed many conferences on the operational issues of commercial swimming pools and spas and is recognized for the practical application of his knowledge to the challenging everyday issues. As an PHTA Instructor since the 1990's, Jim's personal background in large commercial pools and water parks make him uniquely qualified to serve as PHTA's Interim Executive Director, effective February 1, 2019.

  • Gabriela Rodríguez Armstrong

    Born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, Gabriela spent her days swimming at the beach. She came to the United States in 2009 to major in Culinary Arts and Hospitality, and gained extensive training and experience in customer service. Before moving to Colorado Springs, she walked 400 miles on the Camino de Santiago trail located in Spain. Gabriela hopes to one day open a cat cafe in Puerto Rico. Her favorite activities are spending time with family, exploring the world, and learning new languages.

  • Ashley Salazar

    Ashley was born and raised in Colorado, and pursued Early Childhood Education in college. Since having children of her own, Ashley has gained many years of experience in customer service and is excited to contribute her knowledge to the PHTA Customer Service team. During her free time, she loves spending time with her children and fiancé, or at the gym. Over the past few years she has developed a passion for cooking and enjoys “trying” new things!

    A Colorado native, Erika has a passion for all aspects of marketing and received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Colorado State University. She has worked for several companies specializing in branding, SEO, and content creation. In her free time she enjoys running, hiking, exploring new restaurants in Colorado Springs, and blogging.

  • Alma Valdez

    Alma was born and raised in San Diego, California and joined the PHTA team in September 2018. She has studied Medical Billing & Coding at Pikes Peak Community College. She enjoys hiking, working out, cooking and spending time with her son and her puppy. She’s recently gone snorkeling for the first time in the beautiful ocean of Hawaii and wants to continue to try new swimming activities.

  • Alina Wall

    Originally from Ukraine, Alina is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages. She lived in Baltimore for over 18 years and is a graduate from the University of Baltimore, with a BA in Psychology. She relocated to Colorado Springs with her husband May of 2018. In her spare time she likes to volunteer. She has been a volunteer for Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital, Baltimore Country Public Schools, and recently the Care and Share Food Bank here in Colorado Springs. She is keen on helping others and learning new things.
