What if I had unfinished courses on the old website?

If you are currently enrolled in a course on the old system and wish to continue, using your current credentials, follow this link to navigate to your courses.

How do I use a training code?

If you have been provided with a training code by a partnering organization or via a special promotion, add the products or courses you are interested in to your cart and enter your training code in the box provided.

Do I need a training code to purchase materials?

No. The code box is optional. You will only enter a training code if you have received one to take the course.

How do I print off my certificate after I complete an online course?

Log in to your account from the home page and under the "My Account" link, click on "My Courses". Inside this page you will see the tab "Completed Courses" where all certificates will be available for a period of six (6) months. Please note this six (6) months begins as soon as you purchase the course or apply the training code.

Are there Continuing Education (CEU) credits available for completing the Certified Pool/Spa Operator® (CPO®) course?

Yes. You may review our CEU section here. Once your CPO® certification is mailed out, you will receive an email to fill out a survey and submit to NSPF® for credit. Or, click here to download and print the survey. Once complete, submit to NSPF using one of the options below.

What do I do if I didn’t pass the exam?

Contact the instructor of the course you attended to see if they offer a retake exam. Then, discuss your options with them. You have 90 days after taking the original exam to complete the retake exam.

What if I forgot my password to login to my account?

Click here to reset your password using the email you created your account with. Enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you. If you are unable to remember the email used on this account, call customer service at (719) 540-9119.
