General Shipping and Return Policy
All orders placed before 4pm MST will be shipped that day.
All orders placed after 4pm MST will be shipped the next business day, including Fridays and holidays, which will ship the following business day.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Once an order has been processed, the customer will receive the tracking information via email.
Shipping rates are determined according to product weight and destination location.
We offer domestic addresses (United States/Canada) free ground shipping on orders over $200, and a flat ground rate of $9.45 for orders under $200.
Online courses and used training codes are not refundable.
Our refund and return policy is available for up to 90 (ninety) days after initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) in regards to returns. Please do not ship back items. Items shipped without approval will be returned to the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your product is returned and inspected, a refund will be authorized.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if wrong materials were sent and/or purchased. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
