Log in to your account from the home page and you will be directed to the “My Classes” page. Click on the class that you completed and there will be a button on the front page that says “Print Certificate.” Click on that button and proceed to print it.
Yes. You can receive 1.8 CEU credits for completing the 18 hour course. You should receive a survey along with your CPO® certification to fill out and submit to NSPF® for credit. Or, click here to download and print the survey. Once complete, submit to NSPF using one of the options below.
You can find a list of classes in your area on our website. From our home page, click on CPO® Certification on the top left of the screen. Click on Course Schedule and choose your state to find classes in your area. Contact the instructor of the course you are interested in to register.
Yes, the logo is available for use as long as you have a valid CPO® certification. The logo can only be used next to your name, as we certify individuals, not companies. Email cpoprogram@nspf.org to request the logo.
As long as you have a valid CPO® certification (not expired), you can request a copy of your certificate and wallet card for a $10 fee. You can pay by check or credit card and it will be mailed to you once payment is received. To order a copy, call our office at (719) 540-9119, email cpoprogram@nspf.org, or mail a request to NSPF, 4775 Granby Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. If mailing, be sure to include your full name, address and phone number.
Your CPO® certification is valid for five years after the date you were certified. (i.e. if you were certified on May 22, 2007, your certificate expires on May 22, 2012).
First, contact the instructor of the course you attended to make sure you passed the course and that they have mailed your class to NSPF for processing. Or, call NSPF customer service at (719) 540-9119.
Contact the instructor of the course you attended to see if they offer a retake exam. Then, discuss your options with them. You have 90 days after taking the original exam to complete the retake exam.
