Dennis R. Berkshire has over twenty-one years of experience in the aquatics industry, with field experience in swimming pool design, construction and operation. He has a strong background in water chemistry and has been involved in the design of automated filtration and water chemistry control equipment. As an expert on swimming pool operation, he has worked with several states on swimming pool environmental health codes, and trained nearly 1,000 swimming pool and aquatic facility operators. As the Director of Client Services, Mr. Berkshire is responsible for project programming, construction observation and project commissioning. He is currently the Associate Director of Client Services at the Aquatic Design Group in Carlsbad, CA. Prior to his current position, Mr. Berkshire was the Regional Manager for Knorr Systems in Santa Clara, CA and the Vice President for Chemical Services, Inc. in San Jose, CA. He is certified instructor for the NSPF® Certified Pool-Spa Operator® course, as well as the Aquatic Facility Operator course offered by the National Recreation and Park Association. His professional affiliations include the American Water Works Association, the California Parks & Recreation Society, the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions, and the World Waterpark Association.
